JOURNAL #4
It is August 17th, 2017 and school just started and it's already getting tough. All of us, as seniors are kind of getting stressed by all the work we have to do, projects, and also credits. As of right now I am starting to get stressed out even though it's like the third day of school, because now I have more and more responsibilities to work on if I want to graduate with my classmates. My goal for my senior year is to work more harder than I did my past 3 years here at LHS. I really feel more confident this year than these past year, but my main goal is to finish all of my classes, project and etc for its graduation, I know it maybe sound kind of impossible but I really think I can do this.
What I am looking forward for this senior year is to make more memories and more friends. I have some great memories from here and I want this year to be the best year I ever have. The senior project the I’m currently working on is my Job Shadow and what that is it like an interview for your future job. What I'm planning to do is to become a great and best mechanic because I love fixing cars, changing the oil and basically anything that has to do with any vehicle. There’s a lot to do to become one and my biggest question to ask an employee is “What qualities does a person need to possess to be in this type of positions”, because there is many different types of becoming a mechanic there’s Automotive Mechanics, Diesel Mechanic, Aircraft Mechanics and so much more.
Well to be 100% with you I don't think I can on pace for graduation because I didn't take my 3 years seriously and how that I look back I wish I can go back in time slap myself to get on track with graduation and credits and all that because this year I'm willing to do everything in my power to graduate with my closest friend and my classmates. What has been interesting about my senior projects it's that it lets me think more and be more confident about myself. Later on towards the end of the school year every senior has to do an exit interview and that's totally out of my comfort zone but I'll totally do it for my diploma.
What I also think that’s interesting for my senior project is that they are really hard and challenging and I really like stuff that are like that because it makes my brain think more and concentrate on that project more and more until I finish it and pass it with a good grade. What’s bad about those senior projects is that it takes up a lot of your free time or especially your homework time because they are so long and hard that it takes up your entire day without you realizing it and sometimes kids pull an all nighter just to finish all of their homework on time.

JOURNAL #5
Up to this point in my senior year i am passing 6 out of 7 classes which is pretty good because it means i am really working hard in all of my glasses and trying my best to complete that course. They’re 2 classes i'm having troubles with and its government and Integrate Math 3, they may seem easy for other students but for me it's really difficult. I always ask for help as much as I can, because I don't want to give up on something just because it's hard. My senior project is coming along pretty good even though i've had some bumps along the way but I have managed to get through it and complete each assignment, even if it's hard.
What if have learn in my job shadow is that it is a busy job and you are always going up and down. That is what I like in a job, because I am a very active guy that physically have to be moving which is why i choose that career. The plans that I have in my future is that I want to attend to Reedley college, because for the career that I'm going towards everyone says that's the best college I can attend for what I want to study for.
I have send some college applications to the colleges that I want to attend too. The schools that i've sent applications to are College of Sequoias (COS) and Reedley College. I choose those colleges because what i will be studying for, they are the best and quick. I was going to apply to Universal Technical Institute (UTI) in Sacramento but i've really thought to myself and it's a really nice school and all but to the colleges that i've applied to give my more hands on work and more certificates than UTI does in one year.
What I am excited about my last year of high school is that of all the memories i've made and going to make in the future. Also, of how much friends I've made this year to share my memories with. What excites me about almost being done with high school is that I will start studying on my own and start making my own choices and decide what's best for me. It’s hard for me to understand that once I graduate from high school it's that I'm going to miss the teachers here and my friends will be scattered all around the United States. In the meantime i will become the best that I can do and show my family and friends that I will be successful in life. What excites the most is hearing my name in graduation getting my diploma while my family and friends screaming my name.

JOURNAL #6
Up to this point in this semester I am currently passing 6 out of 7 on my current classes and I feel really good about it because it showing that I'm working so hard in my classes. I honestly feel proud of myself for passing my classes this far into this school year and I will keep holding strong and fighting until i get my diploma this year. The only class i have problems with is Integrated Math 3, because I’ve never been good with math and it's just kind of difficult to understand/comprehend most of the stuff.
The activities that I enjoyed in year was when it was Homecoming week. I just loved all of the dress ups and all of the activities the nominees played at lunch. What I am most anxious for is graduation because I can’t wait to go on to college and study on my career. I also can't wait for all the friends I will make in college and enjoying life. I just wish that graduation can come even faster.
My plans for the holidays is to visit all of my family and spend as much time as i can with them. I’m also going to eat as much food until I no longer can eat. I am also going to visit some of my relatives in Santa Barbara and go sightseeing there and learn everything there, and also hanging out in the beach. I can honestly say that I’m so excited for 2017, I can't wait until the new year to start.
